 Rebecca Bowman receives special recognition for her tireless pursuit of journalistic perfection  |
The Fifth Annual Night of Honors event was held Saturday, February 7, 2004 at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. This years' gala celebrated the 10th Anniversary of the Society's hallmark publication - the Journal of Endovascular Therapy. A cocktail reception and silent auction preceded dinner and a nostalgic program featuring a documentary video of the Journal's evolution into its current state of prominence. The surprise of the evening was a second video on which prominent members of the endovascular community lavished their praise on the unrelenting efforts of Rebecca Bowman, Managing Editor of the Journal, to elevate the publication to new heights. Live entertainment featuring the R&B/blues sounds of the nationally renowned Reed Family culminated the festive evening. ISES salutes the thousands of
contributors, reviewers, advertisers, sponsors, and board members whose
support and enthusiasm have made JEVT one of the world's top
peripheral vascular journals. |
