About the Course
This exciting 3.3 mile
course has short rolling hills on winding cart paths around the exclusive
golf course. The run features rolling, tree-lined trails, gorgeous greens
and enticing views of Camelback Mountain. Don’t miss the unique and
unprecedented opportunity to participate at this beautiful location!
Due to the exclusive golf course path
location of this special run/walk, it will be necessary for participants
to refrain from bringing pets on the course.
Virtual Participation
Not a runner or walker?
Not going to be in Scottsdale or Arizona during this special event
scheduled during ISES Week 2007? Busy or tied up in meetings on this day as ISES
Week 2007! is launched? Then, register for the event and
commit to a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise during Run or
Walk for Your Life Day and Week!
We are pleased to use this
event to kickoff our global campaign to raise awareness of peripheral
vascular disease. By adding a ‘virtual’ component to our event and to
‘Run or Walk for Your Life Day’, companies and individuals can participate
from anywhere while lending support to our mission to demonstrate the
importance of exercise in disease prevention, while raising funds.
Virtual
participants
will be recognized for their commitment and can participate from the location
of their choice! Virtual participants will be listed in the participant roster and receive a
special certificate to
proudly display their participation!
As a Virtual
Participant, you will be assisting the Society in raising funds along with those
at the run. Upon completion, participants will be on their way to a
healthier lifestyle and know that their efforts are helping others by
contributing to this special event that will raise funds for peripheral
vascular testing for the underserved.
More information about the impact of exercise on
peripheral vascular disease health will be available for all participants
in the weeks to come!
