Two Basic Types of Media:
1) downloadable files
2) streaming files

Downloadable:
This format offers higher quality video and audio at the expense of download time. You may wait from a couple of minutes to over an hour for a download to complete, depending on your connection speed and file choice. The resulting file will generally be better than a comparable streaming file, if properly produced.

Streaming:
This format allows you to begin viewing a file almost immediately. The quality, however, is subject to your connection speed and general net traffic conditions. At slower connection speeds, the video quality may be unsuitable for some viewers.

What to Expect:
Multimedia on the web is nowhere near mature. Viewers are used to seeing video or filmed content at full screen, full frame-rate on channels such as television and movies. The amount of bandwidth required for such quality far exceeds today's internet. The way content producers compensate is to make smaller screen versions at high levels of compression. The resulting compromise allows multimedia content to be broadcast over the web at varying levels of quality. You, as the viewer, will have to decide what format best suits your needs.

what we offer:
The 2 formats we provide are the current industry standards. These products will continue to improve over time, and we will continue to upgrade our offerings as they do. At the same time, more net users will have access to faster connections, which will allow them to choose higher quality viewing options.
